I have taken the time to summarize this year’s (2016) Global Human Capital Trends report that was published by Deloitte. Deloitte’s report lists 10 key trends in human capital, and I am presenting them in their order of importance. I encourage everyone to read Deloitte’s report in depth. The report is invaluable, and, as a Deloitte alumnus, I applaud Deloitte for making this report available to the public at no cost.

 The training model was created by Victor Prince Dickson. Attending participants cut across Student,Creative Artiste,Career Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
