TFQ Applied Leadership, Abuja Master Class,Skills Sets for Transformation. 17th Feb. 2018.

It is unfortunate, that many believe leadership to be a tea party, a walk in the park, a spot at the table or a rantified reward.
Leadership especially in our urgency today must be deliberate and beyond vanity of influence. Leadership is war, a war of ideologies, which can only be won through strategic employment and deployment of sources and re-sources. It is a journey of TRANSFORMATION that must navigate through systems, sub systems and meta systems.
Leadership is so crucial, it is one mandate that has the instrument that manages the life and visions and dreams of generations upon generation, a complex terrain even for the gods.
Hence it is not a matter that should be left to adventure and passerby. Indeed, there is more to leadership than complaints, emotional disbursement and blame efficiency.
